Online & Inventory Manager (Tauranga, Bay of Plenty)

Fixed Term, Full Time, 7-8 month Maternity Leave Cover Position

We're looking for a highly skilled retail and administrative superstar to join our fun and energetic Bay of Plenty team! If you love all things kids, have a background in retail or administration, are computer savvy with strong attention to detail and organisational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for someone with:
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated experience in bricks and mortar retail or ecommerce
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proven ability to multi task
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and with flexibility as part of a small team
The role includes:
  • Inventory management, including ordering and processing of incoming and outgoing stock
  • Managing online orders, returns and couriers
  • Managing website upload, maintenance and marketing
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
